Information you share with HOM

When you submit an exhibition enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, exhibition information and message. WhatsApp enquiry forms collect your name, phone number and exhibition name before you continue to WhatsApp.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your exhibition brief, respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant services. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Enquiry records

Form enquiries are stored in this website’s database and are available to authorised website administrators. Records include submission time, form source and campaign attribution when available. Information may be processed by the website hosting provider as part of operating the site.

WhatsApp and external links

After your WhatsApp enquiry is saved, you can choose to continue to WhatsApp. Messages sent there are handled through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. HOM’s website does not automatically copy WhatsApp conversations into its enquiry dashboard. Instagram and other external websites have their own privacy practices.

Browser storage and security

The website may use temporary session storage to remember campaign source parameters during your visit. It does not place advertising tracking cookies through the HOM theme. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator sign-in. A short-lived, hashed connection identifier is used to limit spam submissions; it is not stored as part of your enquiry.

Retention and your requests

Enquiries are kept while needed to assess and manage the business conversation. You may contact HOM to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
